In June 2019 we road tripped to the City of Rocks, ID for five days with our nephew Ben. It was my first time at the City as it was for Ben as well. Don’t go there; Don’t reserve a campsite; Keep going to your favorite climbing gym instead where you can enjoy climbing on protruding plastic holds– and allow us to suffer superb outdoor climbing at the City.

City of Rocks Again in 2020!! We managed to get the same Site 42 at the Bath Rock campground. This year we talked Hannah and Jackson into joining us.
